Why Women On Stage Collective?
This initiative was created by Amber Daughn, a seasoned event organizer who witnessed firsthand the challenges women face as speakers. Despite being experts in their fields, women are often underrepresented on stages, and many feel pressured to adapt their style to fit male-dominated norms. Amber envisioned a solution: a program designed by women, for women, to empower them to embrace their authentic voice, craft compelling talks, and connect with their audiences in a way that feels true to who they are.
The Women On Stage Collective provides a supportive community where women can build confidence, master their craft, and amplify their voices. This is more than a speaker training program; it’s a movement to help women break barriers, define their presence, and share their message with the world.

A 12-Month Curriculum Designed for Women, by Women:
- Monthly Themes & Training: Expert-led workshops on topics like storytelling, body language, charisma, and more.
- Community Support: A tight-knit cohort of 10 women offering feedback, encouragement, and collaboration.
- Interactive Presentation Sessions: Practice your skills in roundtable-style presentations and receive actionable feedback.
- One-on-One Coaching: Two intensive sessions with specialized public speaking coaches to refine your signature talk and stage presence.
